You've placed an order with us, but now you've seen something you'd like to add to that order. That's smart, because that way you'll only have to pay for shipping once!
To add an item
To add an item to your order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send the following:
- Your order number (looks like #1234);
- The item and the quantity of the item you'd like to purchase.
This will open a support ticket for you. I'll check these tickets before shipping, and will send an additional invoice to your email inbox. Your order will be held until that additional invoice has been paid for.
You generally won't need to pay for additional shipping, with one exception: I offer untracked shipping below an order value of €50, and when your new order total would exceed this amount, I may require you to pay for tracked shipping instead. This is both for your safety and mine, since I can't investigate a lost untracked package.
You can only add to an order that hasn't been shipped yet. If you've received a shipping notification email, then you cannot add to your order anymore.
It might occur that I'm packing your package at the same time that you're sending a mail to modify your order. I can't promise that your modification will make it in time for me to combine your orders: this is done on a best-effort basis. Generally though, orders are combined just fine.
