This article applies to you when you receive an email from splitkb.com about a refund on your shipping charge.
While it won't occur often, you might receive refunds on shipping. This happens when:
- Your selected shipping method is not available. Sometimes, due to various reasons, your selected shipping method might not be available. For example, if the method of tracked shipping isn't available at the moment and your order value is below €100, I may downgrade your shipping option to untracked so that your order will not be delayed.
- Multiple open orders are available for shipping. If you place multiple orders, I may refund the extra shipping. If your order value becomes too large for untracked shipping, I will upgrade it to tracked shipping and refund you the remainder. Please mind that this is a manual process - if you'd like to have more certainty of having your orders merged, please send an email to support@splitkb.com.
