Can I change my order?
If you want to change anything about your order, chances are that you'll be able to do it yourself easily.
If you visit the order confirmation page using the link in your order confirmation mail, you may be able to cancel your order. There will then also be a button (regardless of whether the order was already cancelled) to add all items in the order to your cart again. This allows you to quickly redo an entire order, without having to manually add everything.
By cancelling your own order, you're able to change all items in it, your billing and/or shipping address, as well as the payment method.
I can't cancel my order
Cancelling your own order is only possible when:
- You've paid using a credit card, PayPal, or other method that allows us to "capture" a payment instead of you paying immediately.
- You've placed the order, at most, 24 hours ago.
We automatically capture the payment after 24 hours, or more quickly when we're busy packaging orders.
If you'd like to change your order but aren't able to do so yourself, please send us an email.
Refunds
If you cancel your own order, refunds are usually processed instantly. Because we reserve funds on your payment method instead of capturing it directly, the funds leave your payment method only after we've captured it. We usually do so after 24 hours, or an hour before we ship it.
If your refund doesn't clear in three work days, please let us know. That way we can investigate and let you know about the status.
