Can you ship two orders together?
No, we cannot. You may be able to change a pending order, though.
We are unable to merge two orders together.
You may be able to change your order by yourself, though. This involves cancelling a pending order and placing its items back into your cart.
If you'd like to make a change but are unable to do so yourself, please send us an email. We're happy to help!
Are there any discounts available?
If there's a discount, it'll generally be displayed on the product page.
I'm ordering as a business. Can I be exempt from VAT?
You can! Make an account and mail us your details, and we'll be able to exempt your account.
