You received your parcel, opened it, and you're missing one or more items.

If this happens, please send an e-mail to support, and include the following:

  • Which item are you missing?
  • How many of the item were you expecting?
  • How many of the item did you receive?

Common misunderstandings

Here are some common misunderstandings about missing items.

Reset buttons

The reset button in the Aurora Sofle v2 and Aurora Sweep kits is included in the big, main bag that also contains the printed circuit boards. As most Aurora kits use a different button, we can use the same kit for all Aurora boards, which saves us a bunch of hassle.

Checkout confusion

For some products, you're able to order accessories with them from the same product page. It can show up on the Checkout page a bit awkwardly, making you believe you actually have the item in your cart twice. You might've went back to the cart to remove the items.

However, this way, the items actually weren't included in your order! If you tally it up, you'll see that you actually haven't paid for the missing items. It's a bit awkward, but thankfully with the introduction of our Composer, it happens quite rarely.
