Are there any discounts available?
At splitkb.com, we rarely organise promotions or discounts. If we do, they're available to everyone: the discount will be displayed on the product page as part of a product's price.
We don't like to rush people into making a decision. We try to price our products in a way that is fair to both you and ourselves, and we feel that temporary promotions put undue pressure on our customers.
There are no seasonal promotions, which includes Black Friday, Christmas and other similar themes. We'd prefer festivities to revolve around their original purpose, instead of making everything about spending more money.
There are no discounts for signing up for our mailing list or subscribing to any of our social media. There are also no loyalty programs.
If you feel a product is priced unfavourably, you are most welcome to provide feedback by mailing us at support@splitkb.com. As with all questions and feedback, it's always very helpful to know so we can be of better service. While we can't offer a price-matching guarantee, we will look into each request and may lower the price as a result. If you've ordered the item in the past four weeks, we're likely to refund you the difference if we adjust the price, too. Thank you very much!
Will I have to pay import fees on my order?
When ordering from within the European Union, you won't have to pay any import fees.
Can you ship two orders together?
No, we cannot. You may be able to change a pending order, though.
