We try to keep all items in stock. Some items are produced on demand, like those made using acrylic or felt materials.

Most orders ship within two to three work days. Some orders ship faster. The below estimates also include weekends and holidays:

  • 40% of all orders ship the same day they're ordered.
  • 21% of all orders ship the next day.
  • 14% of all orders ship after 2 days.
  • 13% of all orders ship after 3 days.

The remainder usually contain preordered items, are part of group buys or face delays of some sort, or are orders placed on Thursday evening, while the earliest we usually ship them is Monday morning.

We generally ship items on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. As a small shop, we do not have full-time staff, so we thank you for your patience!

Delays

We try to stay on top of things. When you place your order, an automated process checks our inventory levels. If a level is too low, it checks whether the item is known to be preorderable, or whether it is manufactured on demand.

If the delay is unexpected, a ticket gets raised in our system automatically, after which we can take steps to resolve it. Usually, it's resolved quietly without you being involved, and you get exactly what you ordered, on time. Nice!

If we do run into a problem we can't solve straight away, we'll usually get in touch with you. We'll provide you with choices, such as an alternative product, or asking you whether you'd like a refund instead.
