For business to business orders
If you ordered as a business and are missing VAT details on your invoice, please send us an email.
We are unable to retroactively apply the intra-community scheme to business orders. If you'd like to VAT-exempt your business for future orders, please read Can I be exempt from VAT?.
When will my order arrive?
When your arrives depends on your chosen shipping method. It can vary from one day to several weeks.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find it in your shipping confirmation email.
