When will my order arrive?

Due to exceptions, shipments can take longer. The shipment times are estimates, not guarantees. These exceptions are usually related to customs clearance, but technical issues at the shipping carrier, availability of transport or staff and other situations can occur too. We do our best to resolve these situations before they happen, and you're always welcome to ask about your package by sending us an email.
When your shipment takes longer, we usually cannot issue refunds - we rely on our shipping carrier, who in turn also does not refund us. For Express methods, we usually can escalate issues and attempt to get packages moving as quickly as possible again if they do happen to get stuck.
When will my order ship?
Your order usually ships within two to three work days.

You can download your invoice using a link in your order- and shipping confirmation emails.
