An item in my order is damaged
You received your parcel, opened it, and see you have an item that's broken, damaged or otherwise not as you'd expect.
If this happens, please send an e-mail to support, and include the following:
- A description of the damage can help us understand what's wrong.
- One or more photos of the affected item will help us assess the damage.
- One or more photos of the box can help determine whether the damage was caused during shipping.
Reaching out to us will be the fastest solution. We'll get you up and running, ideally with the original item, but we can get you a replacement if need be.
Damaged packaging
If it's just the packaging which was damaged, including any boxes packaged within the main box, then there's not much we can do about that. We package our boxes with great care, and in most cases all items within will withstand the journey. Packages do get dropped from conveyor belts and thrown around by staff in rare cases, so some damage to the outside is expected. Damage to the items themselves however, is rarely if ever acceptable, so please do reach out if your items are affected.
