An item I want is out of stock.
We have quite a few items! We work hard to keep everything in stock as best as we can, but we aren't always able to do that.
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. There will be a button that says "Notify When Sold Out Variant Becomes Available". By clicking that, you can select the variant of the product that you want an update for, and leave your email address. When the item comes back in stock, you'll receive a mail automatically.
If you'd to know when an item will come back in stock, you can pop us a question over on the Discord server, or you can send us an email at support@splitkb.com. We won't always know when an item gets back, but you're always welcome to ask, and perhaps we can suggest some alternatives you may look at instead.
We generally don't open up preorders for items unless we have a definitive date by which we are reasonably sure to have it back in stock again. This allows us to keep the time short between you placing an order and us shipping it, preventing a lot of headache for everyone involved 😉
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most locations worldwide. Some exceptions do apply.
What is sales tax, and do I have to pay it?
Sales tax applies when your order ships to Europe, and in some select few other cases.
