When will it ship?
Often, your package will ship within three to four work days. However, at times we may run behind on packing orders. You'll find exceptions to this on the monthly blog update and at the top header of splitkb.com.
If your order contains a preorder item or is part of a group buy, it will ship when all items are available.
Can I add items to my order?
Maybe you forgot something. It happens to the best of us! You can follow the instructions over at How do I add an item to my order?, which will make it easy to add something. Do mind that you'll have to do this before it ships to avoid incurring shipping costs for a second time.
Can I change my order?
Maybe you've chosen the wrong item, or you've changed your mind. Please get in touch with support@splitkb.com to have your order changed.
