You've placed an order with us, but maybe you've seen something you'd like to add to that order, or maybe you'd like to change it.
To make modifications, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you've moved to a new address since placing an order, do let us know and we'll be able to change your shipping address. The shipping costs may change as a result, but they'll usually stay the same.
Usually modifying an order requires us to cancel your order and make a new one. We charge a processing fee of 3.5% to cover the payment fees and handling. This amount will be deducted from the refunds on affected orders.
Preserving group buy items, preferences or timed discounts may not always be possible.
We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once your order has shipped, you may choose to return the package to us instead.
