The Halcyon Pro Micro adapter
The Halcyon to Pro Micro adapter allows you to use our Halcyon series controllers on a Pro Micro based keyboard kit. Examples of such keyboards are:
- Aurora keyboard kits
- Kyria rev3 and below
It is however not compatible with Elite-C based keyboards, where the bottom pins are also used. These are not present on the Pro Micro adapter.
Wireless information
Mind the RAW pin on some keyboards. There are very few keyboard kits which are compatible with a Pro Micro but connect the RAW pin to the VCC pin. Among these are the Gherkin and the Helix (the Aurora Helix is not affected).
Do not use a TRRS cable between the halves. This poses multiple risks, from shorting connections when unplugging while the battery is still on, to unbalanced charging when two batteries are connected, and unpredictable situations when you connect both halves to USB C and to one another.
Warning: If you install the battery on the existing JST plug on the keyboard, you won't have reverse polarity protection! So please double-check the polarity before installing the battery.
